Full Description

May lead project teams in the end-to-end process of planning, developing, distributing and managing digital content. Essential Functions • Understands technical requirements and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to continuously improve content and distribution channels. • Reviews to make recommendations regarding content development, information architecture and/or style guidelines. • Leads multiple projects and/or workstreams concurrently. • Advises and communicates information on established policies and procedures. • Provides detailed answers to complex questions and requests for information. • Mentors and provides guidance to less senior team members. • Contributes extensively in multiple of the following focus areas that may include: • Research • Writing/editing • Visual design • Project management • Taxonomy/metadata • Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree/equivalent. Minimum Experience Four (4) years of professional experience in content strategy, digital asset management, marketing, public relations or related field. More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements. A related Master’s Degree equals two (2) years experience. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Demonstrated expertise collecting, synthesizing and analyzing internal and external research in order to structure clear and effective content strategies that support business objectives. Expert knowledge of the systems and tools used to develop, deliver and manage content. Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform recommendations. Advanced project management, problem-solving, organization, creativity, grammar, writing and human relations/relationship management skills. Preferred Qualifications: This role leads end-to-end creative development of strategic content for Sales and Solutions, aligning content with business priorities and audience needs. Leads high-impact content initiatives across internal and external channels. Crafts strategic narratives and visual designs that drive engagement. Translates insights into persuasive messaging and value frameworks. Utilizes tools like Adobe Suite, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Generative AI to enhance efficiency and elevate content quality. Actual pay is determined by several job-related factors permitted by law and relevant to the position, including, but not limited to, experience relative to the job, tenure, market level, pay at the location for this job, performance, schedule, and work assignment. Pay: Memphis, TN: $6,511.62/mo - $10,744.16/mo. Additional Details: The desired location for this hybrid role would be Memphis, TN. This position is not eligible for relocation.
