Full Description

Determines the demand for products and services offered by the organization by managing marketing programs and research and analyses. Essential Functions • May be responsible for a market segment including development, marketing research and analyses, pricing and advertising. • Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business, finance, marketing or other directly related discipline. Minimum Experience Five (5) years directly related experience in planning and analyses. More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements. A related Master’s Degree equals two (2) years experience. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Demonstrated computer skills. Strong basic management, human relations, communication and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications: Strong strategy, segment marketing, and solution development experience, particularly in global products or healthcare. Candidates should have team management experience, a solid business acumen, and proficiency in data analysis. Excellent communication & storytelling skills are essential, the ability to develop strategic roadmaps. Creative content presentation & a broad professional network are valuable. Experience in project development, QDM techniques, and healthcare market understanding is beneficial Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement. Pay: $9,719.96/month - $13,121.94/month Additional Details: This is a hybrid position. Employees will be required to work onsite several times weekly.
