Full Description

As Porter you will be reporting to the Facilities Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include retail store cleaning, floor care, and general custodial duties. Your core skills in janitorial and custodial experience will ensure high standards of cleanliness. Join our team to contribute to a welcoming and well-maintained environment for all visitors. This job takes place in NFMKC and Tanger KC. The porter must be able to work indoors and outdoors in all kinds of weather. Shift: 5am-1:30pm or 8am-4:30pm or 12:30pm-9pm, must work weekends. Must be flexible on days off each week. We have multiple schedules available. General Duties and Responsibilities: • Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming • Perform power washing • Perform trash removal and replace containers with empty bags • Service, supply and clean restrooms • Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors • Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment • Patrol entire site for any trash and/or spills that needs to be cleaned Requirements • Must be able to walk and/or stand for up to four hours at a time minimum • Must be able to perform all required duties of the position • Must be able to lift objects up to 50 pounds • Must be able to clean restrooms, offices, exterior and warehouse • Must have great attention to detail • Driver's License preferred Physical Demands The employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
