1. Strategic Vision and Planning Defining Global Development Direction: Developing a medium- and long-term strategy to support the company's growth, clarifying which markets to enter and how to win the competition. Environmental and Trend Analysis: Assessing the global economic situation, industry trends, market opportunities, and risks to guide strategic direction. 2. Strategic Execution and Coordination Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Working closely with teams such as marketing, sales, product, supply chain, and finance to ensure effective integration of strategic plans with daily operations. Implementation Program Management: Leading multiple strategic projects, from planning to execution oversight, driving implementation and reporting progress. 3. Growth Opportunity Identification and Resource Allocation Business Expansion and Innovation: Identifying new growth markets, new customers, and new product opportunities, exploring and promoting strategic alliances, collaborations, mergers and acquisitions, and more. Prioritization and Resource Allocation: Allocating resources and budgets to ensure the efficient implementation of strategic priorities. 4. Key Performance Monitoring and Risk Response Indicator Setting and Implementation Monitoring: Clarifying strategic goals and KPIs, regularly monitoring to ensure the strategic direction is on track, and adjusting strategies as appropriate. Risk Identification and Response: Develop contingency plans and timely adjust strategic implementation plans for potential challenges encountered during strategic implementation. 5. Senior-Level Reporting and Communication Promotion Reporting to Senior Management: Report strategic plans and progress directly to the CEO, senior management team, or the Board of Directors, while also conveying value and results. Internal and External Communications: Ensure that the strategy is communicated to internal employees and external stakeholders through appropriate channels, including investor relations and the media. 6. Team Building and Talent Development Strategic Team Management: Lead and motivate the cross-regional and cross-functional strategic implementation team, providing guidance and growth opportunities. Cross-cultural Leadership: Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and the ability to motivate teams across diverse backgrounds in a global environment. 7. Background and Competency Requirements Experience Requirements: Typically, at least 10 years of strategy-related experience is required, including experience in management consulting or internal corporate strategy roles, particularly in global or cross-regional strategy. Educational Background: Most positions prefer an MBA or advanced degree in international business. • Comprehensive Competencies: Strong analytical skills, leadership, communication skills, business acumen, and experience managing complex projects.
