G-3 Chickadee—formerly part of Goodyear Chemical—is embarking on an exciting transformation. As a newly independent, PE-backed organization, we are standing up our own infrastructure, modernizing core systems (SAP, MES, cybersecurity), and building the technology foundation for our next chapter. To support this growth, we're hiring an IT Vendor Management Manager who will shape and own our entire external partner landscape. What You'll Do In This Highly Visible Role, You Will • Build G-3 Chickadee's vendor governance model from scratch (scorecards, SLAs, QBRs, dashboards). • Manage critical vendors across infrastructure, network, cybersecurity, SAP/ERP, MES, MSPs, and SaaS. • Lead contract reviews, negotiations, renewals, and SOW development. • Drive cost optimization, vendor consolidation, and financial reporting. • Ensure vendor adherence to cybersecurity, compliance, and plant operational standards. • Collaborate with Plant Ops, Supply Chain, EHS, R&D, and corporate leadership across multiple manufacturing sites. • Support carve-out activities, SAP modernization, and new environment stand-up. What You Bring 5+ years in IT operations, vendor management or IT procurement Strong understanding of IT contracts, SaaS licensing, and MSP models Familiarity with SAP, MES, industrial networking, and plant-floor technologies preferred Experience in carve-outs or Private Equity backed environments is a major plus Highly organized, strong communicator, and relationship-focused Why This Role Matters: You won't inherit a bloated vendor ecosystem—you'll design it.You won't just manage vendors—you'll set the performance culture.You won't be a background resource—you'll be a strategic partner during a once-in-a-decade transformation.
