Company Description We are a growing company offering an outsourced CFO model for our clients. As such, specialized teams handle everything including tax, accounting, liability insurance, etc. for both businesses and individuals. The firm maintains offices in several states with a combination of in-office and remote staff members. Role Description This is a full-time (and possibly remote) role for a Compliance Analyst/Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) at FCIG Wealth Management, LLC. The Compliance Analyst/CCO will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance across the firm, conducting regular audits, and developing compliance policies and procedures. The individual will analyze regulatory changes and their impact on the firm, communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and maintain detailed documentation of compliance activities. Additionally, this role will coordinate with our outsourced compliance team to leverage their experience and scale. Qualifications • Strong Regulatory Compliance knowledge • Excellent Analytical Skills and proficiency in data analysis • Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal • Background in Finance and/or Auditing • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Ability to work independently • Previous experience in the financial industry and/or legal industry is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or related field
