POSITION SUMMARY This candidate will be responsible for the coordination and utilization of drivers and routes, to maximize productivity and ensure prompt, courteous, and efficient service to all customers. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES Ensures maximum productivity by achieving or exceeding Company-established goals by successfully routing vehicles. Prepares, updates and disperse daily route schedules. Gathers and maintains route sheet documentation for pick-ups (scheduled, missed, extra pick-ups), route completions, and driver locations. Ensures route completion via driver check-in process. Provides excellent customer service and quality technical content via incoming telephone calls, and email. Phones servicing of billing inquiries, taking payments, client concerns, portal navigation assistance, etc. Analyzes information to make appropriate decisions and solve problems. Complete additional tasks and other projects/duties as assigned.
