Mopar Field Operations Manager Location Auburn Hills, MI : Mopar, the Parts and Service Organization within Stellantis, has 5 Business Centers throughout the US, and we are seeking our next Mopar Field Operations manager responsible for inspiring a team of approximately 20 Area Managers within one of our regions to drive growth in sales, retention, and customer satisfaction. The Mopar Field Operations Manager leads our push to drive growth in sales, retention, and customer satisfaction. This position presents an exceptional leadership opportunity to develop and implement positive change in a challenging and dynamic aspect of our business. Our team serves as the primary interface between Stellantis dealers in the region who collectively represent ~$1B in Parts revenue. The Field Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in designing and implementing strategies to engage both our Area Manager team and dealers in maximizing profitability and success across all aspects of our Aftersales operations, including but not limited to Parts sales growth strategies in both the Dealer Retail and Wholesale channels, developing and launching Marketing programs, enhancing Dealer processes to achieve best in class Customer Satisfaction, and working in partnership with Dealer Network and Vehicle Sales organizations to support our collective ambitions. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree 8+ years of sales, aftersales, marketing, training, or automotive experience Willing and able to relocate, nationally Willing and able to travel regionally on a daily basis with overnight trips required Ability to analyze data objectively and utilize data to drive business strategy Strong interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills Proven ability to lead and motivate teams Preferred Qualifications: 10+ years of extensive cross functional Automotive experience Master's degree EOE / Disability / Veteran At Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit, and business needs.
