FBS is looking for a Customer Success Coordinator to support our MLS customers both in communication with the customer (phone, email and virtual meetings) and in collaborating with internal teams to work through requests and projects generated by these interactions. What you'll do: • Communicate in writing and by phone/meeting with customers and internal teams. • Develop expertise on the software to be prepared for questions from our customers. • Maintain relationships with existing customers by email. • Help new MLS customers after their conversion process is complete, but before they've become fully confident in working with the system. • Work with existing customers to define changes to their system and field setup. • Seek evaluation and feedback to continuously improve skills. What you'll need to be successful: • Strong verbal and written communication: able to clearly explain software concepts and processes to MLS staff. • Comfortable managing conversations across email, phone, and virtual meetings. • Active listening skills to understand customer needs and respond appropriately. • Ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships with MLS customers. • Empathy and patience when working with customers who may be unfamiliar with new systems or are in transition after a conversion. • Comfortable coordinating projects and following up on deliverables. Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable. • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. • Ownership mindsetunderstanding that as an employee-owner, their contributions directly impact the company's growth and success.
