FBS is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic communicator to work as a Customer Onboarding Manager. The Customer Onboarding Manager owns multiple concurrent Customer Onboarding processes. This role requires significant multi-tasking, extensive communication with customers (phone, email and virtual meetings) and a strong ability to manage competing priorities. This position can be based in our headquarters in Fargo, ND or can be fully remote for applicants based in the United States. What You’ll Do • Communicate with customers and internal teams in the onboarding process • Effectively manage multiple concurrent projects • Maintain relationships with existing customers by email and virtual meetings • Maintain expertise on the software to be prepared for questions from our customers • Define and refine conversion processes • Collaborate with Director, Customer Onboarding on configuration schedule What We’re Looking For • Experience working on deadline-driven projects. • Demonstrated success working as part of a team. • Exceptional communication skills, highly organized, collaborative, and detail oriented. • Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals. • Experience in real estate or multiple listing software is a strong benefit but not a requirement.
