Music Business Management Client Account Executive Join to apply for the Music Business Management Client Account Executive role at FBMM (Flood Bumstead McCready & McCarthy) . FBMM represents some of the top recording and touring artists, songwriters, and creatives across all genres of music. We are an established, highly respected entertainment business management firm with offices in Nashville, New York, and Los Angeles. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with future growth opportunities. We encourage employees to establish long-term careers with FBMM and promote from within. Key responsibilities include: Effective and appropriate communication with clients, client reps, and client employees Supervise team/staff and coordinate with Business Manager to provide support where needed Aid in team training and workflow organization; set performance goals and deadlines; monitor productivity and growth against benchmarks Develop management/leadership skills to maximize team engagement and reduce turnover Accounts payable/receivable review and approval Prepare budgets with cash projections, financial reports, and supplemental schedules Contribute to client meetings and meeting material preparation Review, analyze, and reconcile hard ticket settlement tracking Oversee merchandising statements tracking, analysis, and reconciliation Completion of individual and corporate tax projections Identify and proactively manage foreign touring, insurance, and tax mitigation issues Assist with day-to-day legwork for client real estate transactions, renovations, auto and other large purchases (business and personal) Research unique client issues and report to the Business Manager with accurate communication Insurance renewal preparation, maintenance, and analysis with approvals; monitor additions/deletions of equipment, real estate, or other property Review and summarize various contracts Royalty statement analysis Important skills and qualifications: Minimum of 4+ years' experience in the entertainment industry as an Account Executive/Manager or in a relevant role within a business management firm Minimum of 4 college semesters of accounting, including tax accounting Good judgment in professional conduct at industry events and professionalism when representing the company Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain recurring tasks with minimal supervision Proficient in Microsoft Outlook/Excel and Adobe PDF Enjoys and excels in a fast-paced environment Details Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Management Get notified about new Music Business Management Client Account Executive jobs in Nashville, TN . #J-18808-Ljbffr
