Provide onsite support to sanitation and sales teams during new account startups.
Requires onsite presence, physical labor, travel, and customer service experience, with a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
This position will provide onsite support to the sanitation team and sales team during the new account start-up period. Duties & Responsibilities · Provide support to the sanitation team and sales team with new site startups as directed. · Assist in onboarding new hires, on-the-job training, safety training, and scheduling of labor. · Assist in ensuring all needed supplies are ordered/delivered prior to the startup date. · Provide continued support after the account start date to help ensure account-efficient operations. · Performs other duties as needed. Skills & Qualifications · Customer service experience. · Bilingual – Spanish a plus. · Valid Driver’s License. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Desire to work as a team player and the ability to work independently. · Flexibility in schedule to provide excellent customer service for customers. · Must be self-motivated to meet and exceed goals. · Must be detailed-oriented and organized. · Basic PC skills and must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Position Type and Expected Hours of Work Flexibility in hours is allowed but must work 40 hours each week to maintain full-time status. Frequent evening and weekend work will be required as job duties demand. Travel This position requires up to 90% travel. Frequently travel is outside the local area and overnight. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Education & Experience · A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. · 2+ food plant sanitation experiences.
