Role Overview We’re not just looking for a “tech support” person — we’re hiring a GHL powerhouse who owns our CRM, builds bulletproof automations, and keeps the engine running 24/7. As our GoHighLevel Systems Specialist, you’ll turn the “what” from leadership into the “how” — developing automations, integrations, AI agents, and workflows that keep our sales and recruitment teams performing at the top of their game. You’re resourceful, autonomous, and relentless — someone who thrives working with AI- and ML-powered tools and loves being on the cutting edge of tech. The ideal candidate is a true GHL power user — someone who knows the platform inside out and can anticipate its limitations before they hit. While we’re all-in on GHL, experience with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive is a major plus — it helps you bring cross-platform insights and creative workarounds when GHL needs a boost. For those who see limitations and think, “I’ll find a way.” Key Responsibilities Take full ownership of the GoHighLevel (GHL) platform for FavorPoint Capital — ensuring it’s stable, optimized, and perfectly aligned with our business goals. You will be the in-house GHL authority, with advanced proficiency across every core module and function in GHL including: GHL Platform Management • Setup, configure, and manage all GHL accounts and sub-accounts • Oversee GHL settings — MyStaff, Teams, visibility, and permissions — ensuring secure, role-based access. • Configure GHL objects, records, fields, values, and folders for scalable data management. • Build, maintain, and optimize automations and workflows to eliminate friction and increase efficiency. • Manage GHL opportunities, smart lists, tags, and index logic to ensure data accuracy and CRM health. • Oversee GHL reporting and dashboards — providing leadership real-time visibility into performance metrics. • Act as the primary SME for all GHL-related alerts, bugs, and enhancements. • Web, Funnels, & SEO - Build and maintain GHL funnels, forms, and surveys, ensuring clean design, updated meta descriptions, technical SEO and reliable data flow. • Email & SMS Systems - Configure and manage GHL email sequences, campaigns, and marketing automation. Maintain email domain reputation, deliverability, and DNS records. Manage SMS workflows, hygiene, phone number health, external SaaS integrations, and DNC lists. • Calendars, Scheduling & Contact Management - Manage GHL calendars and booking flows; ensure seamless integrations with other SaaS • Integrations & Data Management - Build and maintain integrations via Zapier, Make, N8N, and API/Webhooks, native GHL Marketplace apps and third-party data tools. • Contracts, Memberships & Client Portals - Manage GHL contracts and document workflows (experience with DocuSign or SignNow preferred). Build and maintain GHL Membership Areas • Onboarding & Training - Lead onboarding for new sales reps and sponsors, including access setup, permissions, and training within GHL. Beyond GHL / Third-Party & Advanced Tools • Maintain SOP documentation, Miro Boards, IT Mastersheets, and FP MasterDoc Trees for version-controlled knowledge sharing. • Manage external SaaS that is connected to GHL such as - LinqBlue, Emailable, NumVerify, DocuSign, and more. • Monitor system performance and alerts, ensuring rapid identification of workflow breakdowns or delivery issues. Skills Needed & Requirements • Expert-level experience (3+ years) in Go High Level — across automations, pipelines, calendars, funnels, and integrations. • Proven ability to own, manage, and scale multi-account GHL ecosystems (Main, Sponsor, Recruitment). • Strong command of DNS, sub-domains, and domain management, including SPF/DKIM/DMARC setup and monitoring. • Proficiency with GHL automations, API/webhooks, and integration tools like Zapier, Make, and N8N. • Deep understanding of data structure, objects, fields, and reporting within CRM systems. • Familiarity with email and SMS compliance (DNC, deliverability, verification tools). • Experience with phone systems (GHL Dialer, IVR setup, Twilio, LinqBlue, SendBlue). • Knowledge of SEO best practices, website maintenance, and basic HTML/CSS customization. • Experience building GHL membership areas, client portals, and internal learning environments. • Strong proficiency in project management platforms (Monday.com, Asana, Jira, or Trello). • Ability to translate non-technical business goals into clear, technical workflows and documentation. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills — able to train, troubleshoot, and document with precision. • Demonstrated resourcefulness and autonomy — you don’t wait for answers, you engineer them. • Bonus: Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive for cross-platform best practices. • Bonus: Familiarity with Mailgun, Emailable, and AI-based automation tools.
