About the Role We are looking for an Office Manager and Administrative Assistant who wants to gain first hand exposure to the finance, business and video production operations of a dynamic social commerce startup. What You will be Doing: • Stationed at the front desk as the first point of contact for clients, talent, creators and executives • Ensure that our office and production studios are organized, well-supplied, in good repair, clean, and functioning smoothly by managing our vendors and suppliers – and hands on as needed. • Assist our Finance Director with administrative tasks such as new staff onboarding, managing contracts, reviewing expense reports, invoicing, managing subscriptions, and assisting with payroll and insurance claims. • The position is full time with benefits, in-office/studio. Salary: $65-$70K
