Sr. Customer Support Specialist with Federal / Veterans Affairs Experience Seeking a talented Customer Support Specialist with expertise in Salesforce and associated ticketing tools. Must have experience with scripting languages like Python and Typescript. Also, requires knowledge/experience with API's, AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD Tools, and Github. Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 Annually based on experience and technical interview Location: 100% Remote Job Type: Full-Time The ideal candidate should have the following: Experience providing Tier 1-Tier 2 support with regards to Application/infrastructure Be able to analyze pipeline logs, detect issues and escalate as needed Be Well Organized with superior communication skills Be A self-starter, collaborative and responsible to prioritize assigned Be Willing to adapt, learn and improve in the fast-paced environment Have knowledge/experience of Sales Force and Ticketing tools Have knowledge/experience of scripting languages, Python, Typescript Knowledge/experience of: API's, AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools, Github Education and experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in - Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field. 3+ years of experience providing Tier ½ level customer support. Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs operations, policies, and programs, with an emphasis on client-facing technology customer support tools and solutions.
