Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Cleaning Technician role based in Phoenixville, PA. Responsibilities include cleaning and restoring items damaged by fire, water, or other disasters, operating cleaning equipment, documenting recovered items, and maintaining a safe workspace. The role involves working efficiently in a team environment to meet tight deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction. Occasional physical labor and adherence to safety standards are required. Qualifications • Ability to perform hands-on cleaning, handling, and restoration of a variety of items • Familiarity with the safe use of cleaning equipment and chemicals • Strong organizational and inventory management skills • Strong attention to detail to ensure quality work and documentation accuracy • Capability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to dynamic situations • Physical endurance to perform demanding tasks, including lifting and moving items • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude • Previous experience in restoration or cleaning services is a plus but not required • High school diploma or equivalent preferred • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
