We Are Looking For The Sr. ERP Applications Analyst will help lead the design, reporting, and optimization of ERP systems by leveraging strong SQL, data analysis, and financial modeling expertise. This role partners with stakeholders across IT and business teams to deliver scalable solutions, ensure compliance, and drive performance improvements through reporting, process enhancements, and system updates. What You’ll Do As a Sr. ERP Applications Analyst, you will: * Utilize advanced SQL and database management skills to guide technical direction and ensure system architecture supports scalability and performance * Analyze complex data requirements to design efficient database solutions using SQL Server Management Studios * Create, maintain, and optimize detailed reports using Power BI and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) * Prepare and present dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders * Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning, forecasting, and decision-making * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and interpret business requirements, define product vision, and align IT with operational goals * Serve as a liaison between IT and operational teams to ensure effective communication and solution delivery * Monitor and evaluate business performance, identifying inefficiencies and recommending corrective actions * Implement change-management strategies to ensure smooth system updates and adoption * Conduct analyses to support both project-based and operational initiatives * Ensure thorough testing and quality assurance of systems and enhancements * Maintain compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements in all financial and operational processes What You Bring * Bachelor’s degree required; Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred * Strong understanding of SQL concepts with experience in SQL Server, MySQL, or similar relational database systems * 5-10 years of experience in data analysis, business operations, or a related database role * SQL Proficiency: Strong understanding of SQL concepts and experience with SQL Server, MySQL, or similar relational database systems * Experience with ERP systems and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) is a plus * Proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) * In-depth understanding of financial principles, operational processes, and business metrics * Strong troubleshooting abilities for database-related issues * Excellent communication and presentation skills for conveying insights to stakeholders * Utilize Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Excel, and Word * Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines * Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments * Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and implement operational efficiencies Special Requirements: * U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required. * ITAR Requirement * 120.15.
