Change Management Learning Consultant Job Description: The Corporate Function Program Management Office (CFPMO) is seeking an experienced Change Management Learning Consultant to lead the design, development, delivery, and measurement of training for low- to high-complexity projects that require employees to adopt new ways of working. This role spans the full training lifecycle—from intake and needs analysis through curriculum development (eLearning, video, podcasts, etc.), delivery, and evaluation—ensuring training drives strong adoption and achieves project objectives. You will collaborate closely with project change managers, workstream leads, program leadership, and business stakeholders to align on learning strategies that inspire and engage learners. You will also partner with global resources to support effective delivery. This position is part of the CFPMO Change Management Team. Responsibilities • Conduct comprehensive training needs analyses to identify skill gaps, determine learning requirements, and develop training strategies grounded in modern adult learning principles. • Integrate knowledge checks, learning metrics, and learner surveys into all deliverables. • Ensure adherence to CFPMO training standards for both internal and vendor-delivered content. • Lead or support all aspects of end-to-end training delivery, including: • Learning needs assessments and summaries (resource plans, timelines, cost estimates, storyboards, etc.) • Development of learning strategies • Creation, review, and approval of training materials • Measure and evaluate training effectiveness; analyze results and adjust the approach as needed. • Manage LMS activities, including learner registration, course setup, and creation of learning paths. • Leverage AI tools to design and deliver engaging curriculum. • Apply deep expertise to design, develop, and manage training curricula for complex projects. • Consult with vendors, business analysts, and project team members as part of broader project work. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree. • 8+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development. • Hands-on experience with Workday Learning and SharePoint for curriculum deployment and management. • Advanced experience performing learning needs analyses, identifying skill gaps, and designing engaging training that drives adoption. • Proficiency with learning development tools including Articulate 360 (required), Microsoft Word, Adobe, Adobe Captivate, Articulate Rise, Camtasia, Snagit, and SharePoint • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong understanding of project management methodologies. • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, LucidSuite, and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). • Knowledge and practical application of the ADDIE framework.
