With offices in New Jersey, Charlotte, China, Poland, Turkey, and Ukraine, we manage everything from design and fabric sourcing to production and delivery. We’re now hiring an enthusiastic, U.S.-based sales representative with excellent English communication skills to join our team. You’ll work directly with warm leads — people who come to us through our website and social media, ready to develop their own brand. What You’ll Gain • Full training in fashion production and B2B sales • Mentorship directly from company leadership • Experience working with real clients and real projects • Growth potential and a bonus system based on performance • Insight into how successful fashion brands are built — from sketch to store What You’ll Do • Communicate with incoming leads (via email, phone, and Instagram) • Consult clients on how fashion production works • Prepare quotes, invoices, and minimum order details • Manage leads in the CRM system and follow up regularly • Collaborate with the Head of Sales to meet monthly goals • Build strong relationships and help clients bring their fashion ideas to life What We’re Looking For • Fluent English required • Passion for fashion, design, or apparel production • Eager to learn and grow in sales • Good communicator, organized, and proactive • Students or recent graduates from fashion or business programs are welcome — no prior sales experience required Why This Role This position is ideal for someone starting their career in fashion, who wants to learn the business side of the industry and grow with a fast-moving international team.
