Position Details Position: Financial Project Manager Locations: Hanau office Employment Type: Midi-Job (Part-time, 73.5 hours/month, €1,024 gross/month) Start Date: 01.03.2026 Mobility: Required travel and office rotation across EU locations (Germany) Key Responsibilities • Project Controlling: Lead monitoring and steering of financial projects including ERP implementations (SAP, DATEV), month-end/year-end closing procedures, and process digitalization initiatives across FASETA's international operations. • Budget Planning & Management: Develop, maintain, and track project budgets; perform variance analysis between planned vs. actual expenditures; provide forecasting updates to management. • Cost Analysis & Optimization: Conduct in-depth cost variance analyses, identify efficiency potentials, and recommend process improvements for financial accounting workflows. • ERP Systems Optimization: Drive optimization and integration of core financial systems including SAP, DATEV, Lexware, and Microsoft Business Central; coordinate system testing, go-lives, and user training. • Cross-Functional Team Coordination: Collaborate with accounting teams, controlling, IT departments, and external advisors across German and international locations to ensure project delivery. • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly management reports, ad-hoc analyses, and executive presentations; consolidate reporting from multiple EU entities for US headquarters. • Data Security & Compliance: Ensure GDPR compliance for financial data processing; implement data protection measures and audit trails for sensitive financial information. • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial project risks including currency exposure, regulatory changes, and operational disruptions.
