Client Manager Nashville, TN | In-Office (Eligible for limited remote days after one year) About the Role A boutique business management firm in Nashville, TN is seeking a Client Manager to lead client relationships and oversee all aspects of financial management, accounting, and strategic guidance. This position combines advanced technical expertise with leadership and communication skills to ensure exceptional client service and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, providing proactive communication, reporting, and strategic financial guidance. • Prepare and review comprehensive financial reports, including budgets, projections, and performance summaries. • Manage client accounting functions such as reconciliations, settlements, tax projections, and cash flow tracking. • Review contracts, vendor agreements, and royalty activity to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Supervise and mentor Client Assistants, ensuring quality control, accuracy, and professional growth. • Coordinate with internal teams and external professionals on tax planning, audits, and special projects. • Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost efficiencies, and enhanced client service. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred. • Experience working in Business Management is preferred. • Minimum four semesters of accounting and one tax course with grades of B or higher. • Strong leadership, analytical, and client communication skills. • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and complex priorities. • Mastery of FSM Administrative Assistant and Client Assistant tasks. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks or Agillink. Work Environment This position is fully in-office in Nashville, TN. Employees become eligible for up to two remote workdays per month after one year of employment.
