We work primarily in research departments of universities and private sector industries. To be considered for employment, basic business sense, organizational skills and computer literacy required. As Assistant Project Manager, you will be assigned tasks by our Project Managers and report back to each accordingly. Work will include shop drawing review, ordering and tracking of materials, scheduling deliveries and installation crews, billing, creating shop drawings, reading of construction architectural plans and price estimating. Multitasking and communication ability is a must for this position. Our ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, able to work independently and have a basic understanding of construction processes. Must be able to lift 25+ lbs and have reliable transportation. Some field work will be required. This is an entry level construction industry position with growth potential. Starting salary is $45,000 +, dependent on skill set. AutoCAD ability will affect salary. Four day work week to start. Remote work not an option.
