Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Recruiter & Sales Trainer to help build and develop a high-performing insurance sales team. This role is responsible for identifying top sales talent, onboarding and training new agents, and coaching the team to consistently improve performance. The ideal candidate has sales experience, strong leadership skills, and a passion for developing people in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial agency environment.
