Chris Castanza is seeking a skilled Recruiter to identify and attract top talent for a rapidly growing sales team, while also training and developing new hires for long-term success. This opportunity offers a $42,000 base salary plus a competitive compensation plan, along with the ability to build and lead your own team. Salary Range: $42,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Career Growth Opportunities Mon-Fri Schedule Hands on Training Health Insurance Work from Home Paid Time Off (PTO) Requirements • Required to get a Property and Casualty license within 2 weeks of employment, and assist new team members with onboarding. • High energy and drive to win daily, and the ability to solve problems quickly • Willingness and ability to follow predetermined structures and systems, and hold others accountable to the same • Emotional intelligence and the ability to read people • Strong networking skills and the ability to identify highly-skilled talent during the recruitment process Responsibilities • Communicate with department management and give daily, weekly, and monthly updates • Onboard new hires and help them achieve their licensing and a smooth transition • Train new hires on our mindsets, systems and scripts • Follow up with all candidates whether they receive an offer or rejection, making sure to provide clear and timely information • Coordinate interviews and skills testing with qualified candidates About Us Farmers Insurance is a dynamic leader in the insurance industry, passionately protecting what matters most.
