Farmers Insurance is growing across Pennsylvania, and we’re seeking driven, entrepreneurial-minded professionals to join us as Agency Development Manager. We provide one-on-one training with our top agency owners to better help with education and real-life experiences. As an Agency Development Manager, you will have the ability to either immediately build your own book of business or work directly under a top agent for up to 2 years in our mentorship program. We are also NON-FRANCHISE which means there is no fee required and allows you to really invest your time into building something that you own. In the future with a non-franchise book, you can sell your book or pass it down to family to continue building generational wealth. If you're currently a Producer or a high producing Sales Representative in any industry and you're looking to transition your skills into ownership, this is the opportunity for you! W2 OR 1099 available.
