As a Sales Account Manager, you will spearhead efforts to develop and grow a territory for our cutting-edge soil testing solutions. This role is tailor-made for someone passionate about identifying and chasing opportunities, closing deals, and delivering long-term value for B2B clients within the agriculture ecosystem. Sales Performance: Meet and exceed revenue and profit targets through strategic prospecting and consultative selling. Create Value: Understand client needs deeply to deliver tailored, impactful solutions that drive success. Relationship Management: Build and maintain a portfolio of accounts, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and long-term retention. Proactive Expertise: Act as a trusted advisor, addressing client inquiries and collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless service. Performance Tracking: Monitor key sales metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.
