Job Summary: We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Call Operator to handle incoming and outgoing calls, provide information, resolve inquiries, and ensure a positive experience for every caller. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a calm demeanor, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Key Responsibilities: Þ Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally Þ Handle customer inquiries, provide information, and direct calls to the appropriate departments Þ Make outbound calls as required for follow-ups, confirmations, or customer outreach Þ Maintain accurate records of calls and update customer information in the system Þ Resolve basic complaints or issues or escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate team Þ Follow company procedures and scripts to ensure consistency and professionalism Þ Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer and company information Þ Provide general administrative support as needed Requirements: Education: Þ High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certifications in customer service is a plus Experience: Þ 1–2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role preferred Technical Skills: Þ Proficient in using telephone systems and call center software Þ Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar tools Þ Experience with CRM systems is an advantage Soft Skills: Þ Clear and articulate verbal communication Þ Active listening and problem-solving skills Þ Patience and a customer-first attitude Þ Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes Þ Professional and courteous phone etiquette Preferred Qualifications: Þ Multilingual capabilities Þ Previous experience in [industry-specific] call operations Þ Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends Salary & Schedule: Þ Salary: $14.00 - $ 15.00 per hour Work Schedule: Þ Full-time, 40 hours/week Þ Shifts scheduled between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday Location: On-site at our office located in 7005 University Blvd., Winter Park, FL 32792 Benefits: Þ Health, dental, and vision insurance Þ Paid time off and holidays Þ Monthly performance incentives Þ Opportunities for advancement and training Job Type: Full-time Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Shift: • 8 hour shift Application Question(s): • How do you manage back-to-back calls during peak hours? • How do you ensure you fully understand a customer's issue?
