Job Description As a valued colleague on our team, you will support the trading desk and live trading activities, ensuring seamless execution and operational excellence. You will contribute to recurring Market Room Technology support activities and respond to moderately complex customer questions regarding technology solutions and provide advanced expertise and solutions to meet customer needs. This role serves as the primary point of contact for operations, managing workflows and maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE The Senior Technology Analyst role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities: Monitor and respond to a ticketing system for technology issues, updates, and requests. Implement and monitor operational risk controls to align with firm policies and industry regulations. Collaborate with trading, compliance, legal, and middle/back-office teams to ensure smooth trade execution. Partner with technology and project teams to drive process improvements, system upgrades, and automation initiatives. Prepare for significant market events and support business continuity planning. Produce and present operational reports and performance metrics for management review. Enhance trading platforms and market room systems in collaboration with technology and project management teams. Support new product launches, business initiatives, and regulatory change implementations from an operational perspective. Manage and resolve technology issues through a ticketing system. Oversee hardware and software installation and maintenance initiatives. Maintain and administer user access accounts. Strong understanding of Capital Markets operations and trading workflows. Experience with risk controls, compliance, and regulatory frameworks. Proven ability to collaborate across departments and drive cross-functional initiatives. Familiarity with trading platforms, automation tools, and system enhancement projects. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
