Fanatics is seeking a strategic and commercially driven Senior Director, Credit Card Retail to lead retail acquisition for the Fanatics Credit Card. Requirements • 10+ years of experience distributing consumer credit products through retail channels • Experience at fintech and/or high-growth startup environments preferred • Strong commercial acumen with deep understanding of retail economics and P&L drivers • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and close partnerships • Excellent presentation, communication, and executive storytelling skills • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Benefits • 401k Matching • Tuition Reimbursement • Relocation Assistance
