About Family Pride Family Pride of Northeast Ohio is a growing behavioral health agency providing compassionate counseling and support services across Northeast Ohio. We proudly serve clients from early childhood through older adulthood—supporting not just individuals, but entire families on their journey toward emotional balance and wellness. Our services are delivered in homes, schools, workplaces, throughout the community, virtually, and at our office locations in Chardon, Painesville, and Ashtabula. We are currently seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to be the friendly, professional face of our Chardon office. This role offers a flexible schedule with afternoon and evening availability, 3-5 days per week. What You’ll Do As our Front Desk Coordinator, you’ll be the first impression for our clients and families—playing a vital role in creating a supportive and welcoming experience. Your responsibilities include: • Warmly greeting clients, visitors, and staff • Answering phones and managing incoming/outgoing communications • Processing client payments and maintaining daily cash sheets • Keeping the front desk, lobby, therapy rooms, and conference room clean and welcoming • Routing mail to appropriate personnel • Providing professional customer service to clients, stakeholders, and staff • Answering general administrative questions, including billing processes and account balances • Assisting with scheduling, staff meetings, coordination, and note-taking as needed • Completing medical records requests • Managing the intake log in collaboration with the Chardon Front Desk team and Supervisors • Participating in team meetings, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities • Maintaining strict confidentiality and full HIPAA compliance • Performing other duties as assigned by your supervisor What We’re Looking For You’ll thrive in this role if you bring: • An Associate’s degree in Business Administration or a related field OR at least 2 years of relevant administrative experience • Strong independent decision-making skills and sound judgment • Proficiency in Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams) • Excellent organization and time-management abilities • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills • A team-first mindset with a heart for helping others Why You’ll Love Working Here In addition to a supportive, family-friendly work culture, Family Pride offers an exceptional benefits package, including: • Your Birthday Off • IRA with retirement contributions • Competitive salary • Paid Time Off • Tuition reimbursement & student loan assistance • Health, dental, and vision insurance • Flexible scheduling • No weekends!
