Full Description

Responsibilities: - Provide direct care and support to client in his home. - Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing, feeding. - Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals. - Monitor clients vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical personnel. - Assist with mobility and transfers, including lifting and positioning clients. - Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times. - Maintain a clean and organized environment for clients - may include light housekeeping and Landry. - Respect and uphold the rights and dignity of each client. Skills: - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. - Compassionate and empathetic nature to provide emotional support to clients and their families. - Ability to lift heavy objects and assist with transferring clients. - Valid driver's license to transport clients as needed. Not all clients require transportation. - No experience require. Will train as needed. Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
