Job Title: Midlevel Provider (Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant) Specialty: Family Practice Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Riverview, MI Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Midlevel Provider (NP or PA) to join our growing Family Practice team. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages in an outpatient family medicine setting. The ideal candidate is patient-centered, collaborative, and committed to high-quality clinical care. Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive primary care services, including preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions • Perform patient assessments, physical examinations, and medical histories • Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and laboratory results • Develop and manage treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians • Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state and federal regulations • Provide patient education on disease prevention, wellness, and treatment plans • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation in the EHR • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and support teams to ensure continuity of care • Follow all clinical protocols, quality measures, and regulatory standards Qualifications • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of practice • National board certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA) • Family Practice or Primary Care experience preferred (new graduates welcome, if applicable) • Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills • Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a team • Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) Schedule • Full-time • Monday–Friday (limited weekends, if applicable) Compensation & Benefits • Competitive salary based on experience • Productivity or performance-based incentives (if applicable) • Medical Benefits • Paid time off and holidays • CME allowance • Malpractice insurance coverage Work Location: In person
