Job Title: Mid-Level Provider (Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant) Location: In-House Hospital Setting Schedule: Full-Time | Night Shift Compensation: Competitive Salary (based on experience) Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dependable Mid-Level Provider (NP or PA) to join our in-house hospital team for full-time night shift coverage. This role focuses on the direct medical management of hospitalized patients, providing timely assessments, treatment, and coordination of care in collaboration with attending physicians and nursing staff. Key Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive medical care to in-house hospital patients during night shifts • Perform patient assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and initiate treatment plans • Manage acute and chronic medical conditions in accordance with hospital protocols • Respond to overnight clinical issues, admissions, and patient status changes • Communicate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, and ancillary departments • Document care accurately and timely in the electronic medical record Qualifications: • Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license (state-appropriate) • Active DEA license and prescriptive authority • Hospital or inpatient experience preferred • Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently overnight • Excellent communication and teamwork skills What We Offer: • Competitive salary • Full-time, stable night-shift schedule • Supportive in-house medical team • Professional, patient-centered work environment Work Location: In person
