Pay Rate: $28–$30 per hour Schedule: 20–29 hours per week Location: Remote (U.S.-based) About Falcon Wealth Planning Falcon Wealth Planning is a fast-growing, fee-only fiduciary Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firm providing comprehensive financial planning and wealth management services. As our firm continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Part-Time HR / Recruiting Administrator to support our hiring and HR operations in a remote capacity. Position Summary This role supports end-to-end recruiting coordination and ongoing HR administrative functions. The ideal candidate has prior HR and recruiting experience, strong organizational skills, and a professional understanding of confidentiality. Experience in wealth management or financial services is strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities Recruiting & HR Support • Manage job postings and candidate pipelines across platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) • Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and hiring timelines • Support onboarding processes, background checks, and new hire documentation • Maintain accurate HR and recruiting records within HR systems Administrative & HR Operations • Assist with HR reporting, tracking, and documentation • Support compliance-related documentation and audits as needed • Coordinate schedules, calendars, and internal communications • Provide general administrative support to HR leadership Qualifications & Experience • 2+ years of HR and/or recruiting experience required • Experience in wealth management, financial services, RIA, banking, or professional services preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information • Comfortable working with HR systems, applicant tracking systems, and remote collaboration tools • Ability to manage priorities independently in a remote environment Compensation & Schedule • Hourly rate: $28–$30, based on experience • Part-time schedule: 20–25 hours per week • Remote position (U.S.-based) Job Type: Part-time Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 29 per week Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: Remote
