Falcon Construction is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth for our commercial construction division. This is a fully remote role focused on developing new client relationships, expanding existing accounts, and helping position Falcon for repeat and negotiated work across our core commercial markets. The ideal candidate understands the commercial construction landscape, knows how to open doors, and can confidently represent a contractor in conversations with owners, developers, brokers, and property managers. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Client Growth Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities in commercial construction Build and maintain relationships with owners, developers, brokers, property managers, and key decision-makers Generate qualified leads for negotiated and repeat work Support strategic growth initiatives in existing and new markets Preconstruction & Proposal Support Collaborate with estimating and preconstruction teams to support proposals and presentations Assist in preparing RFQs, RFPs, and interview presentations Participate in client meetings, interviews, and project pursuits Market Intelligence & Strategy Track market activity, competitor trends, and client needs Maintain a strong understanding of Falcon’s service offerings and project capabilities Provide feedback to leadership on market opportunities and pipeline forecasting Relationship Management Maintain CRM records and track outreach activity Support long-term client relationships post-award to encourage repeat business Represent Falcon at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities as needed Qualifications 5+ years of business development or sales experience, preferably within commercial construction Strong existing network within the commercial construction or CRE community preferred Proven ability to generate leads and build long-term client relationships Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Strong communication, presentation, and follow-up skills Experience with CRM systems a plus Why Falcon Construction Falcon Construction offers a flexible, remote environment with strong leadership support and a growing project portfolio.
