Must have a valid Massachusetts RN license, minimum two years recent professional nursing experience, hospice/home health experience preferred, and a valid Massachusetts driver's license.

Faith & Family Hopsice is a care, family-owned organization with an uncompromising dedication focused on comfort and quality-of-life for patients, families and caregivers Pay: $45.00 - $48.00 per hour Job Description Work from your home office • Travel mileage reimbursement is portal to portal Responsibilities • Telephone triage • PRN visits for symptom management needs and other visits assigned by the Clinical Manager • After-hours admissions and screens • Remote chart auditing • Stand up and stand down participation Qualifications • Valid license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Massachusetts • Hospice, oncology or home health experience is preferred. • Minimum two years recent, professional nursing experience. • Valid Massachusetts Driver's License Medical Specialty • Geriatrics • Home Health • Wound Care Work Location: In person
