Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with relevant regulations. This position involves conducting quality audits, inspections, and analyses to uphold our commitment to excellence in manufacturing processes. Responsibilities • Conduct quality inspections and audits in accordance with GMP, and FDA regulations. • Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines for accurate data collection. • Implement and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with HACCP standards. • Analyze data collected from quality control processes to identify trends and areas for improvement. • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. • Perform vision inspections and utilize quality inspection systems to assess product integrity. • Document findings from quality audits and inspections, providing detailed reports for management review. • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and operational efficiency. Requirements • Bilingual (Spanish and English) • 1+ year(s) of experience in food manufacturing production is preferred • Able to lift, push, or pull up to twenty-five (25) pounds • Able to stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during shifts of 8+ hours • Comfortable working in hot and cold temperature environments in kitchen, warehouse, and cooler • Must be fluent in English (verbal and written) • Strong understanding of GMP, HACCP, and FDA regulations. • Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines. • Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets effectively. • Familiarity with quality systems and QA/QC methodologies. • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating independent problem-solving skills. • Effective communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating across departments.
