Social media is a large part of the business, but only a part of the marketing mix. Role Description This is a contract remote role for an Admin with Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Paid Ads experience. The role will ebb and flow in time commitment and involves day-to-day tasks such as managing social media accounts using Meta Business Suite, scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and providing customer support through social media platforms. The admin will also handle administrative tasks. Meeting deadlines is a priority for this role, but all deadlines will be communicated upfront and can be collaboratively adjusted if needed. Time commitment for the week can be anticipated the week prior, but will not be entirely consistent. The most successful candidate will be someone with a positive attitude and the drive to untangle problems and get to the bottom of head-scratching issues with a smile. Qualifications • Experience with Meta Business Suite and managing social media accounts • Paid Ads experience a plus or a desire to learn it quickly • Strong organizational and administrative skills • Self-starter with a desire to drive to completion • Ability to monitor, engage, and respond to social media interactions • Excellent organic written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
