Role Overview: We are seeking a Product Partnership to drive strategic collaborations, identify growth opportunities, and strengthen partner relationships to enhance our product offerings. The ideal candidate has experience in business development, strategic alliances, and product integration, working cross-functionally to align partnerships with company goals. Key Responsibilities: • Develop Strategic Partnerships – Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships that align with business objectives. • Manage Partner Relationships – Serve as the primary point of contact, fostering strong and long-term collaborations. • Drive Product Integration – Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to integrate partner solutions. • Lead Negotiations & Contracts – Manage end-to-end partnership agreements, ensuring mutual success. • Analyze & Optimize Performance – Track partnership success metrics and refine strategies for continuous growth. • Conduct Market Research – Stay updated on industry trends, competitor partnerships, and emerging business opportunities. Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). • 4+ years of experience in product partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances. • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. • Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, marketing, legal). • Understanding of product development, technology integration, and market positioning. • Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking and optimizing partnership performance.
