We are seeking a Senior Product Strategist to drive long-term strategic planning, product vision, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of market trends, competitive positioning, and product innovation, and experience from the Financial Services Industry. Key Responsibilities: • Define and execute product strategies aligned with FFP’s mission. • Lead long-term strategic planning and goal setting for the product organization. • Establish best practices for data-driven product management. • Conduct market research and analyze the competitive landscape to identify new product opportunities. • Own the product roadmap and collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution. • Influence product portfolio decisions to enhance competitive positioning and optimize performance. • Develop cross-functional marketing plans to ensure strategic alignment across business units. • Guide product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies. • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product development. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, Business, or a related field. • 8+ years of experience in Product Management. • Experience in the Financial Services Industry. • Strong track record in product marketing with strategic alignment to business objectives. • Experience in software development or technology industries. • Expertise in developing and executing GTM and product rollout strategies. • Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills. • Experience in early-stage startup environments, Agile/Lean methodologies preferred. • AI/ML-based product development experience is a plus.
