Role Overview The Director of Product – Financial Module will set the strategic direction, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful delivery of a high-impact product that redefines financial verification. This leader will combine deep financial industry knowledge with product innovation skills to create a module that is both technologically advanced and fully compliant with global financial regulations. This role is ideal for a senior product leader who can operate at both a strategic and executional level, guiding product managers, influencing executive stakeholders, and driving measurable business impact. Key Responsibilities • Define and own the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Financial Module. • Lead and mentor a team of product managers, ensuring alignment with company goals. • Partner with engineering, design, compliance, and data science teams to deliver exceptional features on time and within budget. • Anticipate market shifts, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage. • Build relationships with customers, industry partners, and internal stakeholders to gather insights and validate product direction. • Establish and track KPIs to measure product adoption, customer satisfaction, and financial impact. • Ensure the Financial Module meets or exceeds compliance standards for financial data security, KYC/AML, and data privacy laws. • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams for product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and adoption initiatives. Qualifications • 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or director-level role in fintech, SaaS, or financial services. • Deep understanding of financial data workflows, compliance frameworks, and industry best practices. • Proven track record of building and launching high-impact products. • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring product teams. • Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills. • Comfort navigating regulatory and compliance landscapes. • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
