WEBSITE: facktorhealth.com WHAT YOU’LL DO: The Senior Associate will collaborate with the Value & Quality (V&Q) division and project teams to scope, implement, and deliver high-profile, technical projects in community healthcare, ensuring seamless integration into client systems. This role supports clinical, operational, strategic, compliance, and financial success. Additionally, the role involves contributing to service line development, client relationship building, and business strategy. The ideal candidate should have familiarity with FQHCs, quality improvement, practice transformation, health information technology, and PCMH principles. As a Senior Associate the following are essential to meeting expectations: • Autonomy: Capable of handling complex tasks independently, as assigned. • Leadership: Contributes valuable insights and ideas to projects. • Judgement: Able to problem solve independently regarding assigned tasks. Uses good judgment regarding completion of tasks assigned and knows when to ask for help or seek guidance. • Expertise: Building on foundational skills, possesses a deeper understanding of area of expertise with 3+ years of experience in their field, preferred. • Decision-Making Authority: Entrusted to make independent decisions about assigned tasks. • Business Development: Networks, maintains client relationships as noted. • Client Relations: Maintains polite, respectful, and professional relationships with clients. Able to anticipate client needs and follow up on requests. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Work both independently and in a team environment to deliver the highest-quality strategic and functional guidance for Facktor clients. • Serve as a Practice Transformation Advisor for the Health Center Controlled Network (HCCN) initiative, working closely with community health centers across Los Angeles County to strengthen and leverage HIT to improve health centers’ operational and clinical practices. • Support HRSA Operational Site Visit (OSV) preparation and implementation activities by coordinating documentation, managing timelines, supporting mock assessments, and serving as a liaison between the client and Facktor project leads. • Provide project coordination and support across Facktor’s project portfolio, including scheduling meetings, tracking action items, maintaining project documentation, and assisting with internal and client-facing communications, as needed. • Build long-term relationships with clients as a trusted, dependable advisor. • Prepare and present accurate, clinical quality and operational reports, analysis, presentations and work products. • Create and prepare project artifacts and deliverables for key internal Facktor stakeholders, clients and external compliance/regulatory bodies. • Access and interpret regulatory, compliance and operational best practice materials and package in meaningful ways for project stakeholders, such as from HRSA, NCQA, CMS, DHCS. • Support project leads in identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce total cost, manage risk, maintain compliance, and improve the quality of delivering healthcare services. • Support the data analysis and interpretation of healthcare clinical utilization, costs, population health outcomes, productivity trends, and operational performance. • Identify root causes of issues and design interventions that effectively resolve them. Use lean methodologies and the Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) model for improvement. • Investigate and research client issues through holistic investigations that utilize document analysis, environmental research, interviews and observations. • Document recommendations in reports that are precise, thorough, easy to read, and need minimal copy editing. • Communicate with clients in a professional and timely manner and in a way that creates enthusiasm and turns complex ideas into understandable tasks. • Other duties as assigned, including working cross-divisionally at Facktor.
