What you’ll do… As a onsite equipment mapping specialist, you’ll play a key role in the implementation of our product. You’ll work cross-functionally to deliver value to our customers and users. Your key responsibilities will include: Perform on-site and virtual customer field documentation of equipment and assets Track, document and manage the progression of work Perform on-site customer training Complete software validation and data entry of documented assets Consult with client regarding solutions and implement selected solutions Operate a vehicle in a safe manner Use Customer Resource Management (CRM) software Work closely with other team members Build relationships and trust with customers Assist with other project areas as needed What we’re looking for… We’re looking for someone who thrives in a high-growth and team-oriented environment. We don’t expect you to check every box, but the ideal candidate will have: 0-1 years of experience in field service or similar customer facing role Experience with managing and preserving technical equipment Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to adapt process to reach best solution Comfortable in mechanical & outdoor environments (kitchens, roof tops) Team player able to collaborate with all departments and levels within organization Excellent time-management skills 75% travel Ability to work remotely and be self-managed and motivated.
