Role Overview: As the Manager of Account Executives, you will lead and inspire a high-performing sales team focused on driving growth across three key markets: Higher Education, State & Local Government, and Commercial. Your leadership will be pivotal in coaching, developing, and empowering your team to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional client value. What You'll Do: - You will lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Executives to achieve and surpass sales goals. - You will implement strategic sales plans tailored to the unique needs of each market segment. - You will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies. - You will analyze sales metrics and market trends to identify growth opportunities. - You will foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and professional development. - You will manage pipeline forecasting and reporting to senior leadership. - You will recruit and onboard new sales talent to expand the team. - You will represent FMX at industry events and client meetings to build strong relationships. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing sales teams. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in B2B environments. - Strong knowledge of sales methodologies and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce). - Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. - Experience working with diverse markets such as education, government, or commercial sectors. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the facilities management or software-as-a-service (SaaS) industry. - Familiarity with higher education and government procurement processes. - Demonstrated success in scaling sales teams during periods of rapid growth. - Advanced certifications in sales or leadership (e.g., Certified Sales Leader).
