Job Title: Manager of Account Executives Company Overview: Facilities Management Express (FMX) is a leading provider of innovative facilities management software solutions designed to streamline operations and enhance productivity. With a commitment to customer success and technological excellence, FMX serves a diverse client base across higher education, government, and commercial sectors. Role Overview: As the Manager of Account Executives, you will lead and inspire a high-performing sales team across three key markets: Higher Education, State & Local Government, and Commercial. Your role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, coaching your team to exceed targets, and fostering a collaborative and motivated sales environment. What You'll Do: - You will lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Executives to achieve and surpass sales goals. - You will implement strategic sales plans tailored to each market segment. - You will analyze sales metrics and market trends to optimize team performance. - You will collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies. - You will manage pipeline development and forecast sales accurately. - You will recruit and onboard new sales talent to expand the team. - You will foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. - You will drive continuous improvement initiatives within the sales process. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role. - Proven track record of managing and growing sales teams in B2B environments. - Strong understanding of sales methodologies and CRM tools. - Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. - Experience in the facilities management or software industry is a plus. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience selling to Higher Education, Government, or Commercial markets. - Familiarity with SaaS sales cycles and subscription models. - Demonstrated success in scaling sales teams during periods of rapid growth. - Advanced skills in sales analytics and forecasting.
