Job Title: Manager of Account Executives Company Overview: Facilities Management Express (FMX) is a leading provider of innovative facilities management software solutions designed to streamline operations and improve efficiency for organizations across various sectors. With a commitment to customer success and technological excellence, FMX supports clients in Higher Education, State & Local Government, and Commercial markets. Role Overview: As the Manager of Account Executives, you will lead and inspire a diverse team of sales professionals across three key markets. Your role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, coaching your team to exceed targets, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance sales culture. What You'll Do: - You will lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Executives to achieve and surpass sales goals. - You will implement strategic sales plans tailored to Higher Education, State & Local Government, and Commercial sectors. - You will analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. - You will collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company objectives. - You will monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports for senior leadership. - You will foster a positive team environment that encourages professional growth and accountability. - You will manage recruitment, training, and performance evaluations for your team. - You will ensure excellent customer relationships and satisfaction through effective sales practices. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing sales teams. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in complex B2B environments. - Strong knowledge of the Higher Education, State & Local Government, or Commercial markets. - Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze data and use CRM tools effectively. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in facilities management or SaaS sales. - Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce. - Demonstrated success in multi-market sales leadership. - Advanced degree or relevant certifications in sales or management.
