We’re scaling fast in the U.S. and looking for our first Partner Account Manager in the market — a hands-on, strategic operator ready to shape our partner ecosystem and accelerate growth. The Role You’ll lead and grow FaceUp’s strategic partnerships with major HCM and compliance platforms like BambooHR, Rippling, Deel, or Vanta, along with compliance consultants who act as value-added resellers. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on what you do best — building relationships, driving revenue, and bringing joint go-to-market plans to life. You’ll work closely with Product, Marketing, and Enablement teams but spend most of your time where it counts — with partners. The Challenges That Await You 🤝 Own Key Partnerships You’ll be the go-to commercial contact for our top HCM and compliance technology partners — including BambooHR, Rippling, Deel, Vanta, and other providers in our growing ecosystem. You’ll also support compliance consultancies and resellers who use FaceUp within their services. 🔎 Recruit the Right Partners You’ll strategically identify, approach, and onboard new partners who align with FaceUp’s mission and can expand our presence across North America’s compliance and HR ecosystem. 🚀 Drive Partner-Led Growth You’ll develop and execute joint business plans, campaigns, and marketplace initiatives that generate inbound leads and pipeline, turning partnerships into a predictable growth engine. 🌍 Build Genuine Relationships You’ll position FaceUp as a trusted, easy-to-work-with ally — one partners love collaborating with. 🧠 Collaborate Across Teams Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Enablement to ensure partners are supported with training, tools, and materials that drive success. 📈 Forecast and Optimize Stay on top of performance metrics, maintain clear visibility into the partner pipeline, and share insights on what’s working and where to double down. 🎤 Represent FaceUp Spread the word about our mission at industry events and forums, expanding partner awareness and engagement.
