Description Fabletics is currently looking for an Influencer Marketing Intern (Summer 2026). How do you fit in? We are a fast paced, high impact influencer marketing team focused on driving new customers, generating content, and supporting our micro influencer community. As the Influencer Marketing intern , you’ll get hands-on experience working across sourcing, content workflows, analytics, and campaign execution. You’ll partner directly with the team that manages thousands of creators each month and plays a huge role in bringing the Fabletics brand to life online. What you will do : Micro influencer sourcing across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms Cataloguing and organizing influencer content to support our creative library Reviewing content to ensure brand alignment and identifying top performing assets Assisting with outreach to new creators and gifting program participants Supporting the coordination of monthly influencer campaigns and product drops Supporting high priority celebrity campaigns, helping source influencers, coordinate content needs, and ensure we have strong creator coverage for major launches (like Khloé Kardashian collections, Ja’Marr Chase drops, and future celeb partnerships) Tracking posts, performance metrics, and creator deliverables Helping brainstorm concepts for creators, seasonal moments, and new initiatives Assisting with competitive research and spotting new creator trends Assisting with creative briefs : compiling moodboards, gathering inspiration, adding talking points, and helping build the story behind upcoming influencer campaigns Supporting affiliate and creator monetization programs, including ShopMy and LTK, tracking links, pulling performance, and helping identify top converting creators Supporting reporting needs such as weekly roundup recaps, top creator flags, and content performance summaries Participating in internal meetings and sharing insights on creator culture and social trends Who you can bring : Studying to receive a Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Marketing, Communications, Business, etc.) Strong interest in influencer and growth marketing Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and a plus if you know Canva Detail oriented, proactive, and eager to jump in Excellent communicator with a collaborative mindset The Intern Gig : We are looking for enthusiastic students with ambition to go far. Our full-time paid internship program will give you a chance to gain in-depth knowledge of what it is like to be a part of our fast-paced and innovative company. Our interns have the unique opportunity to gain real work experience, while participating in skill-building workshops and interactive social activities throughout the duration of the internship assignment. Our summer internship program will be in our El Segundo, CA headquarters and will run for 9 weeks from June 15th, 2026, through August 14th, 2026. We operate on a hybrid work schedule where employees must be willing and able to work in-office Tuesday-Thursday each week, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. We will not be considering remote or non-local applicants at this time. The hourly range for this position is $18.00-$20.00.
