Born in April 2020 and created by two entrepreneurial siblings, Fable & Mane has taken the beauty world by storm, revolutionising the hair care category to become one of the bestselling brands in Sephora. The National Sales & Education Manager (NSEM) is a key role for the strategic planning, execution, and management of the Sales & Education Field team, and our Field Support agency partner. You’ll be responsible for ensuring sales & education excellence for Sephora & future specialty mul ti retail partners in the US & CAN to grow brand awareness and meet sales targets.As a key member of the Fable & Mane team, the NSEM leads the field support strategy through the communication, development, and execution of education & training materials, selling techniques, client interactions, and management of best in class merchandising & stock levels. RESPONSIBILITIES Sales & Business Development: • Be an ambassador for Fable & Mane by building and maintaining strong relationships with Sephora education & store teams as well as field agency team • Conduct regular market visits to top doors in the Los Angeles, Orange, and San Diego county (with an emphasis on the Los Angeles market) to drive sales performance, deliver education initiatives, and build relationships with store managers • Provide weekly & monthly sales & field reporting including productivity, stock levels and point of sale pictures • Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize performance and create actions plans, aligned with marketing and sales team • Manage full scope of territory budget needs, to include, T&E, support needs and all other budgeting responsibilities. • Define specific actions plans and implement at point of sale, aligned with marketing and sales team. • Partner with the Vice President of Sales & Marketing in identifying sales & education opportunities that elevate brand partnerships within key retailers or retail locations. • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and client behaviour to inform strategic decision-making that drives business growth and market share Education & Training: • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for field team and Sephora team • Execute remote & in-person brand trainings, including but not limited to NSOs, agency onboarding, and Sephora trainings • Create educational materials, including brand and product guides, marketing plan updates, store events activations, planograms to ensure successful store visits • Guarantee brand image at the point of sale in coordination with relevant departments (marketing, commercial, merchandising). • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine training strategies. Team Leadership & Development: • Recruit, on-board, retain talent and manage a team of Sales & Education Selling Specialists of all levels. • Observe, mentor and develop Sales & Education Selling Specialists by selling side-by-side with them and leading by example. • Lead the team to manage their time & set weekly and monthly sales targets • Work with Sales & Education Selling Specialist to improve BAs efficiency at the point of sale, coordinate and follow up individual evaluations on objective criteria to assess 3 expertise – brand, product/sales/retail and service.
