Position Summary: The Program Administrator, DAM is responsible for the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of the organization’s Digital Asset Management (DAM) system. This role serves as the primary point of support for users, ensuring the system is optimized, well-governed, and fully adopted across teams. Minimum Qualifications/Experience: • Experience with publishing or content management systems • Ability to quickly learn and master the DAM platform • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail • Publishing experience a plus Key Duties and Responsibilities: System Administration & Governance • Serve as front-line support for end users; troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly • Manage user access, roles, and permissions • Maintain the DAM system’s organizational structure to support efficient asset discovery and use • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies • Prepare art logs and manuscripts for projects until automated processes are implemented • Document workflows, processes, and training materials to support consistent usage Program Management & Adoption • Work closely with the Director, Content Solutions to champion DAM adoption, driving consistent and effective use across the organization • Assist in defining and then implement best practices, workflows, and growth • Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support for users across departments • Act as the liaison between users, internal teams, and external developers; manage change requests and coordinate enhancements • Track project milestones, ensuring changes and enhancements are delivered on schedule Education/Certifications: • Bachelor’s Degree required Reporting to this position: N/A Physical demands and work environment: • Work conducted in a home office setting • High-speed internet access (at least 25 mbps download and 5 mbps upload) that must be reliable, available, accessible, and secure to successfully work from home. • Regular communication through verbal, written, visual, and auditory means • Attendance of virtual meetings, including “camera on” meeting requirements • Frequent sitting, computer work • Repetitive movement of hands and fingers – typing and/or writing • Limited travel may be required for company/team events, training, and in person meetings The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
